Scaran guarantees that when equipment that we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. We have promised you a temperature variance of no more than ±3°F from your thermostat selection whether heating or cooling your home, barring extremely inclimate weather. If the installation temperatures are not achieved, we will make any modifications, repairs, or replacements at no charge for a period of 5 years. |

Manufacturers have admitted that 9% of their equipment that comes from the factory contains defects.
