Scaran can be expensive. However, they are a reliable and dependable HVAC company which were used by even the previous generation in my family when the original owner was around. They took care of my 40 yo boiler as long as they could, replaced it, added a split unit to a side room, and do the yearly maintenance on my air conditioning units as well. The technicians they send are polite, informed and you generally are given an estimate up front for work which they do neatly.

I was given an appt. for between 11 and 1130 am today due to some cancellations Joseph S arrived shortly after 11. He thoroughly checked my system and found no problems . He checked everything and made sure that it was properly functioning before he left. Very nice guy as well.

Brian did an excellent job, as has been his practice in the past 3 years. He's on time, he's curtesy and knowledgeable. He gives tips on how to best maintain our system and keep them running in good order. He's an absolute credit to his industry and to Scaran

Came on time. Explained. Showed patience and no "attitude". Did the job properly.
