I have utilized the plan numerous times while at work when Mom would call me to inform me of an issue. SCARAN woulod have it fixed by the time I got home. The cost is very affordable and it provides me with piece of mind. Well worth it.

Had a great guy come out to my house twice.
2nd time I felt like a banana after it was just a door needed to be closed so furnace would turn on and he felt terrible I still had to use a service call for that but all fixed and no problems afterwards.

Added after owner response . The worker came out for a different appliance , so it wasn't his fault at all. Just wish I saw it the first time.

The Scaran tech, Steve, was knowledgeable and thorough. He quickly found the source of the leak - a pipe that had frozen - and repaired it. He then checked the operation of the heating system to make sure everything was working properly. He gave excellent advice on how to avoid the pipe freezing and leaking again. I found Scaran and Steve's service to be prompt, effective, and done very professionally. I commend them.
