Scaran can be expensive. However, they are a reliable and dependable HVAC company which were used by even the previous generation in my family when the original owner was around. They took care of my 40 yo boiler as long as they could, replaced it, added a split unit to a side room, and do the yearly maintenance on my air conditioning units as well. The technicians they send are polite, informed and you generally are given an estimate up front for work which they do neatly.
