JOSEPH SHERRY, Yesterday

Had our yearly oil burner service performed by Scaran technician Brandon S. He is very professional and took his time to thoroughly clean and inspect the system. He did not rush and left us feeling secure about our system functioning worry free throughout the coming winter. He also was our technician last year, was glad to see him again this year.

Had a new web based thermostat installed by Scaran. The technician was named Michael. He was outstanding. The installation went smoothly and his programming instructions were easy to follow. I highly recommend Scaran in general and Michael in particular.
