We've been doing business with Scaran for almost 50 years, starting when they removed the old coal furnace and installed a gas furnace back in the winter late 1976. With their annual maintenance, that furnace lasted over 40 years. January 2025 that furnace finally needed replacing, and of course it was bitterly cold. Scaran was the best to work with. Prompt, friendly, great to work with. And clean. We now have a lovely new furnace. The only complaint I have is that I don't understand how to work the thermostat. Once again we are maintaining this new furnace with an annual maintenance contract. We've also used Scaran to replace the water heater. Again, excellent to do business with. Not cheap, but prices are fair. Highly recommend!
