I contacted Scaran about a HVAC/Heating installation. They made the entire process painless. The salesman explained all the options available to me and I never felt pressured. I received periodic updates and reminders. The team, led by Dominic, showed up at the appointed time. I am satisfied with their work and impressed with Dominic's professionalism and patience. He explained everything to me, and made adjustments to the blower so that I would be comfortable.

James did an excellent job servicing my furnace. Luckily he was scheduled today as my furnace developed issues that he took care of . He explained what the problem was and my options. I was very satisfied.

Scaran was great. The technician, Michael was very careful determining where the issue was. He knew what questions to ask, which led to the root cause identification in short order. I appreciate his communication skill as well as his technical skill. Very glad we have Scaran.

I have been a SCARAN Client for over 15 years. I purchased one of their Franceses 3-years ago and another i-year ago since we have a Two-Family house. Great installation and great Technician (Dan). I am going to replace a 10-year-old water heated from Scaran within 60 days.
I highly recommend Scaran !
