He took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly and didn't leave until he was completely satisfied that the unit was running as it should.

They are tenacious in fixing my boiler problem even though they did not install the crap unit. Highly discourage anyone from buying a tankless Weil Mclain. Horrible piece of equipment ?????
