I have used Scaran in the past for minor A/C maintenance issues and have always had a good experience. Last week we had a drain pipe break that caused our basement to flood. Scaran not only responded quickly but they sent the plumber Alex Komninos to replace the pipe. It was a full day job and Alex made sure not to damage our cabinets or wall any more than was absolutely needed. This was no easy task! Any other plumber would have made us remove the cabinets which would have required massive kitchen repairs to put them back. Alex worked much harder to do the job without removing the cabinets. Scaran will be the only company I will ever call for my HVAC and plumbing needs! A+++++++

They came on time, put a white carpet out throughout my house so where they walked they didn't dirty my floors. They were polite. Answered all my questions and installed my air conditioning and heating units with tankless hot water heater in less than a day. The digital thermostat is great. I can cool Or heat my home an hour before I get there. So the systems don't have to run all day.
