I received the deep cleaning on two of my slimline air conditions. The guys who serviced my units were neat, organized and did an outstanding job.
Rocky and Josh did a stellar job installing our new Lennox furnace today just in time for winter! They were knowledgeable, precise and paid attention to every detail. Everything was left exactly as it was before they arrived .. Super efficient, friendly and respectful. Scaran is fortunate to have them under their name !
Just want to thank Scaran for coming to our aid last Saturday when our Central Air Conditioning went down. From the time we called to the time they came and fixed unit it was about 2 hours. The house didn't get a chance to heat up before the AC was up and running again.
We are very appreciative especially since we have a handicapped son on meds. and needs to be kept cool.

Prompt, professional and courteous. Tech found problem with my PTAC unit after prior HAVC company said unit was not repairable. That I should buy new! This is a four year old unit that was properly maintained.SCARAN order the part and should be received and installed next week. Some companies chase parts, SCARAN isolated the problem and confirmed the bad part.

Mike O my service technician today is highly skilled and well spoken he took the time to get my Mitsubishi mini split system to operate with the remote Kumo Cloud device a pretty complex system and he took the time did the research and got my system working

I was getting heat in one of my radiators (during one of our summer heat waves!) and Brandon came over and (after much deliberation) replaced the stop check valve. He was pleasant, courteous and explained everything clearly to me which i really appreciated. All the staff members I have met or spoken with at Scaran have been super nice and friendly. Their customer service is excellent!
