Fair, square and fast. I believe that scaran has been extremely efficient with their fuel delivery service as well as their service for repairs. They keep their commitments when making a scheduled appointment and the service folks are super nice and knowledgeable.

I needed emergency service to replace a failed water heater flooding my basement -- a tech showed up in half an hour, assessed and stabilized the situation. They had the old unit removed and the new unit delivered and installed within 4 hours of receiving my first call. Consistent, excellent service by knowledgeable, polite and helpful technicians. I could not expect more.
Their professional and communication was truly outstanding and left my family with such a positive impression of their company. From the owner down to his employees, they take a lot of pride in making their customers feel heard and well taken care of.
