Had a pleasure of dealing Scaran today, unfortunately I can't recall the name I believe it's either Allen or Alex, very professional, spent longer than usual to make sure my unit was working properly after replacing the capacitor. My unit is very old almost 20 years and my furnace too, looking to getting it replaced, but for now we need it to run for one more summer and the technician did a nice job explaining everything. Will deal with them again.

Extremely courteous, efficient and they do an excellent job. Especially at this time of year with record breaking low temperatures. They try to accommodate you to the best of their ability in spite of being so busy.

I was very pleased with Gary the technician. He was clearly knowledgeable about my system (Carrier Infinity). His maintenance routine was more thorough than that of the previous company I used. He was professional, a good communicator, and very pleasant to deal with. This was my first time using Scaran, and I will continue to do so, I was very pleased.
