Very happy with SCARAN, yearly maintenance went very smoothly as always. Great guys, Viv on my heating and Eric on my A/C. Viv has been working on my heating system for years and has always been helpful and very pleasant, he knows his stuff.
First time having A/C serviced and Eric was wonderful, very patient with my questions which he answered them all. He did a very thorough job, also very professional and pleasant.
Eric was the technician who did my air conditioning checkup. He arrived on time and was very courteous. Unfortunately, he found a leaking issue with my AC and explained in detail what my options were. I decided to have the unit replaced and he immediately called a salesperson to come to my house and explain the process and cost involved. The salesman arrived within 1 hour and was also very courteous. He explained the process and gave me options and the cost. Absolutely no pressure involved. I have used Scaran for 20 years so there was no need for me to check with other businesses. Scaran is the only company I will ever use. 5 star treatment every time.
Eric did the air conditioner annual check up at Major Ave.

Great service Rocky/Nick did a
great job running the AC lines and left the area they worked in spotless and made sure all
was working as expected before leaving. If you get them you'll be greatly satisfied. As for Anthony in the office Thanks Again for getting it done.

I had Scaran over today do do my seasonal maintenance. Not only did they do an incredible job, Brian Connelly educated me on things I was not aware. He went above and beyond! Great Job!
I had a Weil-McClain boiler installed today. The whole team at Scaran provided excellent and expertise and service from start to finish. Even their subcontractors were polite. Special thanks to Dave, Vin, Rocky, Gamani, and Josh who remained professional and polite throughout. Rob was great point person and salesperson. After this experience, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again for important home services and recommend them to neighbors and friends. I am hopeful there will be no issues with the boiler installed today! :)
