Service tech was timely, professional and friendly. Explained everything he had checked, labeled and walked me through all the operating features of the gas heating and hot water systems in my home. Have used this company for both installation and maintenance of heating and cooling systems. Highly recommend this company.

They were awesome! The sales process was professional, friendly, no pressure and well priced. The installation crew protected my floors, quickly installed the new system, removed the old one, reviewed operation, and the warranty. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend them.
Technician Mike O. was excellent and very knowledgable. He troubleshooted the problem within ten minutes and fixed it. I highly recommend using him as a technician.
Lou the heating maintenance technician at Scaran on Staten Island performed excellent yearly service on my heating units today. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my questions with patience. He is a tremendous asset to the Scaran corporation.

Mike O diagnosed air in the pipes as the cause of the lack of heat in part of my house. He is professional and thorough. He answered my questions about different parts of my furnace with patience and didn't push replacement or repairs that aren't necessary now, but explained what new type of part is now available when it does becomes necessary. He actually remembered servicing the furnace 4 years ago and checked my previous service calls on his tablet to confirm what he had previously repaired. He was friendly and kind to me as well as to my dog on his way out the door. I highly recommend Scaran and Mike O. I am so glad I just signed up for the Priority Service Plan with them so I will get discounts on future service calls and a much needed annual tune-up
Brandon G serviced our heating system in Dec'22. He went above and beyond to clean the system, replace any broken or over-used parts, and got the system working to 83% efficiency. He fixed parts that other Scaran employees had previously overlooked. He spent over 3.5hrs working on this. Incredibly grateful for his professionalism and his impressive work ethic. As usual, Scaran service is top notch. Had two very professional and knowledgeable technicians, Mike O. and Steve K. service my heating system and install new thermostats. Excellent service from them!
