I rarely if ever leave reviews of any kind - but PAUL from Scaran was incredibly professional friendly n knowledgeable- he repaired the noise that was coming from the central air unit. SAVED US A PRETTY PENNY. I will only use PAUL wen maintenance is required on my unit - NOUGH SAID / thank you PAUL.
Anthony first came to my home, very professional and had a sense of humor! He was HONEST and explained everything and gave me options unlike others that lied, over priced and didnt even bother to call back, so I went with Scaran. Today the electrician and AC/Heat team came and worked very hard, did a great job and were very professional and nice and explained everything. The electrician also noticed some electrical problems that he pointed out and fixed out of safety concern, he was Anthony from Plaza Electrical and did not overcharge. Thank you Scaran for the great team and professionalism!
Great response to my Father in laws broken AC. He's 89 and his house was over 90 degrees on a 100 degree day. They showed up on time and got the cold air blowing again and my father in law was blown away how professional the tech was. Thank you.
Today we had our yearly service contract health check and Brandon was our technician. He was knowledgeable, informative and answered all our questions. He was on time and did a very thorough maintenance inspection of our Air conditioning system.

After receiving a pre-arrival call Brandon G. arrived bright and early (personable, respectful, mask on, informed us he was vaccinated) and completed a thorough maintenance of our air conditioner/condenser unit. He remembered previously servicing our hvac system. Worked from arrival to completion and was done quickly. He answered a few of my questions about other services so he knows his company and what they offer. He represents Scaran well - an asset to the company.
