I'd like to say thank you to SCARAN COMPANY on Staten island NY. They came on Sunday, did right issue diagnosis. Completed work next day, even part required to be shipped. Very good work process organization and very knowledgeable technicians. thankyou.
Brandon G. checked both my air conditioning and heating systems as well as my hot water heater under my service contract. He was most professional in completing all required services. He was also very helpful and informative, answering my questions and explaining items he tagged so I would know how to shut off the gas, water, electricity in case of any emergency. He was very polite. I wish I could rate him higher than 5 stars!
Brandon G was a top notch technician. He was fast and efficient. He went above and beyond with explanations of the system and labeled important valves and switches. He was very friendly and great with the pets too.
