Service men arrived on time, performed complete maintenance tune up of our a/c system , left business card looks like Steve and Ed.
Scaran ROCKS! Robert, my sales person, was attentive, answered every question and promptly returned my calls. I had a new Carrier 26 seer AC and Furnace installed by one set of guys from Scaran but it wasnt quite right. Robert came back with his foreman and it wasnt up to Scarans high standards so Robert sent a different team. Carlos & Sammy came, took everything out, reinstalled it all over, these 2 guys are amazing and when you see their work you know you got the "A" team on the job not the "D" team. Their workmanship is perfection, they truly take pride in their work! Made everything just absolutely beautiful and reconstructed the venting / chimney vent, pipes, with no sharp edges, everything just flows. And they pitched the drain pipe for excess water so that its now gravity fed and drains down the same place my washing machine drains so NO MORE WATER PUMP is needed. If you go with Scaran make sure you ask to have Carlos & Sammy do your install, you wont be disappointed ???? these 2 guys are the BEST!

Service tech was timely, professional and friendly. Explained everything he had checked, labeled and walked me through all the operating features of the gas heating and hot water systems in my home. Have used this company for both installation and maintenance of heating and cooling systems. Highly recommend this company.

They were awesome! The sales process was professional, friendly, no pressure and well priced. The installation crew protected my floors, quickly installed the new system, removed the old one, reviewed operation, and the warranty. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend them.
