I've been using Scaran for a little over two years now with zero complaints, they have great service, they do an excellent job fixing and maintaining my heating and cooling. I've recently had the pleasure of dealing with Brandon G in my recent annual maintenance of my heating who took it a step further to label all my gas lines, on and off switches for my unit. As well leaving a very detail description of everything that was done during my maintenance check up.
I was having work done in my basement with several contractors giving me different advice on their suggestions of what should be done surrounding my heating system. I called Scaran Heating Company. Mike O came the same day, answered all my questions and concerns. I feel comfortable knowing that Scaran is always there to help their customers.
Everything runs smoothly and our automatic deliveries are timed perfectly. Donna keeps the lines of communication open, is pleasure to speak with and is on top of anything that may become an issue. Scaran's service technician, Vivian Craigwell, does a complete and professional job. He checks and services all components to make sure our oil boiler is running at top performance. He will answer any questions asked of him. I highly recommend his services.

I would like to thank Kevin and his team at Scaran for taking care of my problem with my air conditioning unit in such a courteous and professional way. when I reported my problem to Kevin he sent his technician, Richard Lattanzi, to look into it. Richard came promptly at the scheduled time and was able to locate and fix the problem in a short time. I also want to thank the ladies who answer the phones who are always cheerful and helpful.
