Was having a water leak issue from our A/C unit. Brian came to the house and went above and beyond, disassembling and reassembling a bench underneath a window to get to the line he needed. Great guy, great job done.

We had our annual heating checkup done today by . John B and Joey. Excellent service and continuity of care-John B is a seasoned professional, having solved previous complicated problems in our home- including a serious wiring complication with our air conditioning unit- in this sweltering past summer. He always takes the problem to the maximum level of care-- he does not leave the scene until he has the solution! Todays service was quick, punctual, polite--First time with Joey- also excellent thorough and careful. And they like my dog. Thank you very much . L
I always ask for Vivian Craigwell. He had been coming to clean and service our burner for many years.
He is always prompt, courteous, friendly, efficient and always leaves the area spottless. Couldn't as for a better technician. Thanks Vivian always glad to see you????

Good but pricey
This will be only my second review on any company, 1st was Hamilton Accounting in brooklyn now Scaran. This was our first time using scaran and our sales rep Robert and the 2 install techs were absolutely amazing. Gami and Aaron worked nearly 12 hours in the heat to get the job done. I was so thankful we decided to go with scaran! They were neat, professional and considering the horrific rain we had they were relentless in getting the job done. Gami and Aaron are 2 great employees Scaran. definitely want the same techs next year when we do our other unit
