Had a pleasure of dealing Scaran today, unfortunately I can't recall the name I believe it's either Allen or Alex, very professional, spent longer than usual to make sure my unit was working properly after replacing the capacitor. My unit is very old almost 20 years and my furnace too, looking to getting it replaced, but for now we need it to run for one more summer and the technician did a nice job explaining everything. Will deal with them again.

Extremely courteous, efficient and they do an excellent job. Especially at this time of year with record breaking low temperatures. They try to accommodate you to the best of their ability in spite of being so busy.
Everyone I spoke with was genuinely concerned and treated me with respect.

I was very pleased with Gary the technician. He was clearly knowledgeable about my system (Carrier Infinity). His maintenance routine was more thorough than that of the previous company I used. He was professional, a good communicator, and very pleasant to deal with. This was my first time using Scaran, and I will continue to do so, I was very pleased.
We've had a contract with them for years. They come right away when you need service. They tell you up front, how much it will cost, and whatever extra costs there may be. They do a good job.
Central A/C was not cooling. Called Scaran on Friday morning they offered to be there that day but since no one would be home I requested Saturday morning and they arrived before 9am on Saturday. Technician discovered cause of the problem, replaced part and performed routine check of the system within an hour. Overall an excellent experience.
They were on time, and they did a very thorough job. They explain everything step-by-step as they go. They call to remind you of your appointment. They are very good about their pricing.
