Called Scaran Heating for emergency service to my heating unit. The Technician arrived within an hour of the call and repaired the unit.

I have had a contract with Scaran for many years and your scheduling and promptness to my requests has always been outstanding. In the last few days starting Saturday November 30th, 2024 my heating system began to fail and Donna with Scaran and others made sure that an emergency tech ( he came 2 times in one day ) would come to my home. As it was determined that I needed a new system, it was scheduled immediately and to make a long story short, the system is completed
and we have heat. One more thing, your technicians that did the job were excellent in every way ( excellent employees and professionally knowledgeable ). These are employees to reward and keep. One final note: Anthony, your salesman, was also excellent. Thank-you for everything and have a Merry Christmas.
Rocky and Josh came and did a complete install of a new boiler and took the old boiler I had. They were really friendly and polite and did an awesome job. Thanks!
So happy I called Scaran for my preseason Heating tune up. Scaran definitely had the best price around, and I was extremely pleased with the technician Tim! Not only is he one of the nicest techs I've met, extremely courteous and always conscious of keeping the home clean, but he did a thorough job on my heating system. Went above and beyond to ensure it was operating, gave me great advice. Tim is definitely an asset to Scaran and they have made a new customer!
Mike O came out for a service call for a heating issue on one floor. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix it before leaving. He went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommended.
Brandon G did our yearly furnace maintenance and was excellent. He explained everything in detail. He placed labels on all the shutoff valves so that we would know what to do in case of emergencies.
