Been calling for 3 hours, call service says they have been sending the message over, but no technician has arrived. Now all the HVAC services in the area are closed and I have no heat with a newborn in the house. Thanks for nothing.
UPDATE: Scaran called today and apologized for the situation--they said the answering service should have explained that there was no service available after 9pm, and they offered me a free service package for the rest of the season to try to rectify my experience, which was appreciated. My rating has been altered to reflect their effort.

Used them years ago for service & maintenance. Today, I had a flood in my garage. I called their phone service at 7:30am, left message (office opens at 8). At 7:45, Lisa from their office called me and I explained the emergency. Plumber named John arrived appx 8:30. That's FAST in my book! He was nice, professional, knowledgeable, and found the issues and made repairs in less than one hour. Invoiced immediately via field laptop and I received email soon after. Will certainly use them again!
I have used Scaran many times, for service as well as having equipment replaced or added at both my home and my business. There is never a concern that when they are done everything will work as expected. Excellent customer service, workmanship, and value is what I get every time.
