Amazing service Donna in the office goes above and beyond
Back in June (2019), we needed new water heater and used Scaran. We had a great experience with them so my wife and I decided to call on them again when our boiler (only 12 years old) was having problems.
My wife and I can now say that we are EXTREMELY pleased with our experience with Scaran for our boiler replacement. It has been a pleasure to work with Anthony (sales) and with every person from Scaran with whom we've had the pleasure of interacting with. We are quite impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and respect everyone has given us.
The installation itself went very well and all the various crews associated with it went like clockwork, from rip out and removal of the old boiler, to the installation of the new boiler, to the electrical aspect of the installation. EVERYONE associated with the project exhibited pride in their work. The craftsmanship and work quality is exceptional.
Alvin (the service technician) who did a thorough diagnostic, broke the news to us about needing a new boiler to us gently and with compassion. The installation crew, Ray and Silva were true gentlemen - so courteous and respectful.... and left our basement cleaner than they found it. Our compliments are not limited to the installation crew --- everyone from a very personable, professional salesperson (Anthony) to the office staff on the phone (Jennifer) -- made us feel like a valued customer.
This experience with this group of professionals was quite refreshing to us in the day and age when no one seems to care what kind of product they offer or service they (usually fail to) provide, mixed in with greedy, disrespectful and unprofessional people. Scaran has given us hope that it is indeed possible to provide exceptional customer service and qualify service and unsurpassed workmanship.
My furnace stopped working overnight and I called Scaran first thing in the morning. They had a tech out quickly. Richard identified the issue, had parts delivered, and fixed the furnace within no time. I appreciate the prompt response and quick turnaround! Richard was extremely knowledgeable and advised on some other tips with my HVAC system. Excellent experience and will use Scaran again without hesitation!
Had my annual furnace check, the technician mr. craigwell did a thorough job, he was extremely professional. Scaran and its employees never fail to make me a happy customer.

Brandon G. came to my home and was courteous when he arrived. He asked politely to use our kitchen sink to rinse parts from the furnace. Once he completed his work he then explained what was done and that everything was working well. Brandon then showed how he added new stickers to all the pipes and shutoff valves. I was extremely happy with Brandon G. and the work that he did for us today.
