We had a new furnace installed last year by Scaran and had it cleaned yesterday. Brandon G. was the technician sent for the cleaning, he was very polite, professional and through. He also took the time to listen and answer any questions my husband had. I wanted to say how happy we are with the unit and the professional manner that Scaran has shown since the install. We would definitely recommend Scaran and Brandon to anyone looking to have a new furnace installed or maintained.
The technician, Joe Schipani, has been servicing our heating system for several years and he has always been professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He does the job correctly, efficiently, and he is always neat. Finally, we are always able to get an appointment in a timely fashion.

We are so glad that we call Scaran to have our HVAC repaired at our business. We called the day after Christmas and they scheduled us for same day repair. Michael O. was the most courteous, polite and knowledgeable service tech. Jennifer, in customer service, was also wonderful. They've just gained new customers.
Scaran was very helpful this week when our boiler went out. This has been the coldest week of the year and they were able to respond quickly and fix the problem. Our tech Mike O. was very friendly and knowledgeable, he worked quick to get the parts we needed and explained everything along the way.
