From the first phone call to the interaction with the service tech, Mike O, the company was professional, courteous, and punctual. We received a phone call before the tech arrived and he arrived shortly after. Expenses were quoted up front. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and seemed to have a real passion for this job. We were pleased with this company and Mike O.
I would like to comment on the excellent serve that Mr. Vivian Graigwell has always delivered. I find that he is professional in both his skills and personal interactions. He is thorough and knows what he is doing. If you had a rating above a 5 I would give it to Mr. Graigwell. I will continue to request him, Thank You
I was given an appt. for between 12pm and 1pm. today. Mike O. arrived shortly after 12pm. He thoroughly checked my system and found the problem. He checked everything and made sure that it was properly functioning before he left. Very nice guy as well.
Matthew Corson came to my rescue when coming home from vacation to no heat. He repaired my problem immediately and was very knowledgeable about my unit . You can clearly see he takes pride in his work . Thank you Again
I have been a Scaran fuel oil customer for a number of years. They are always very responsive and professional. Just recently I took advantage of an offer they had for replacement of my oil burner. The technician, John Beynon was prompt, courteous and very skilled. He replaced the burner and left the area
