Brandon G. & Louis from Scaran did a great job with the annual maintenance on my boiler. They both were very courteous, professional and thorough in their work. I appreciated the extra effort they put in to ensure the work area was clean and everything was put back in it's original place upon completion.

Brandon was punctual, polite and very professional. He did a thorough checkup on my heating system and left a detailed record of the work performed. We use scaran in our building all the time whenever we had a plumbing problem. Mike M. is the plumber that always does the work here. When he is here the problem is solved. All the residents like him also. He is just the best.

We have been using Scaran since we purchased our home in 2008 and have always been pleased. Mike O. did an excellent job. He was thorough, quick, and explained what he was doing. Very happy with him and Scaran.
We had our annual maintenance check for our furnace. Our technician was Brandon G....he was very enlightening, and patiently answered our questions/concerns we had. At the end, he explained exactly what he had done, labelled a few items that should have been, and explained what exactly we should do should our water heater begins to leak. We are very happy we chose Scaran.
