Lou and Will did an amazing job. We needed our ductless unit cleaned and they were professional, clean.
My grandmother's air conditioning wasn't working. We called Scaran in the morning and technician John B. came out the same day. He was prompt, professional, and resolved the issue quickly! We appreciate the help and we're so happy my grandmother's house is now comfortable and cool for the rest of the summer.
Installer Mike O'Connor provided excellent service when he came to repair my A/C. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC services. I had a great experience with a knowledgeable technician that provided a comprehensive explanation of each aspect of his duties, answered all questions professionally and provided an overall positive customer service experience.
Scaran came today to clear out ductless unit. Wow! It was struggling to cool the house this summer, and after the cleaning it's working great.
Lou and Will were really excellent. Polite, ok time, they explained the process, kept it all very neat and left everything better than they found it. Truly A+ service.
If you guys are looking for an HVAC COMPANY who is fast, professional, kind!! and won't charge you extra?? Go for this Company SCARAN and look for John Beynon! ????????????????
John is the kindest, genuine and awesome person out there! He is fast, and very professional. ???????? Gave us tips on how to avoid having any problems or any in between. He fixed the problem with our boiler in a snap, guided us in showing how the problem occurred and how it's fixed and how we can prevent it from happening again.
And the best of it all, he never charged anything "in between",???????? (like some others do, esp if they know that you don't know anything, and some would just tell us to go ditch our old boiler and just get a new one like others adamantly tell us with a full brochure of five figures worth of equipment—does this sound familiar? Lol).
And!! He even helped us with our AC!! He explained it perfectly what's going on and all that. Like if this is someone else, they will say, "oh you have to call for that again and make an appt etc, and this AC some" OR "go buy a new one"
On a side note, I had someone looked into our Boiler/Heating System last Winter, and they charged us twice, they came here to "fix" an issue and suddenly there's another issue again, we had to pay like a lot;
If only I have known Scaran or John Beynon before; So don't look for anyone else, go to SCARAN (well actually go look for John lol) for all HVAC problems ???????????????? Plus! The receptionist is very kind and professional too!

We would like to thank Brian C. and James. They came to our home for a system maintenance tune-up. Not only did they take there time to ensure that everything was working properly and efficiently but they were also very professional and polite. Truly a pleasure to deal with. Also very knowledgeable and were able to answer some questions we had. Cleaned up after themselves and gave us peace of mind that our system and our home were in good hands. We would highly recommend scaran for anyone who needs HVAC services.
