Brian tested everything. I showed him a video which had the funny noise in the unit but he said everything seemed fine. He noted the visit as unresolved and said if I hear it again to call. Seems ok now. He was very nice and made sure all was fine inside the unit.

Woke up to a basement full of water. I immediately called scaran and spoke to one of their dispatcher who took some information , gave me a quote and upon confirming immediately set me up for service . This is a hands on professional company who I highly recommend . If you're going to get it done then do it the right way and have no regrets. Thank you for being there for our emergency .
