I have always appreciated Scaran for their prompt service and maintenance calls, and their friendly customer service representatives who handle the phones. Now they deserve EXTRA praise for the way they handled our broken HVAC system. On a cold winter day when we had no heat, they came promptly to diagnose the problem, then returned to measure for a new unit and provide an estimate.
On installation day, it was a well-orchestrated team effort to remove the old unit and install the new one. Our hardwood floors leading to the utility room were covered as soon as they arrived. The team was polite, professional, answered all my questions, and gave instructions on how to use the new unit and the new thermostat. Scaran, you are A+++!

The Scaran tech, Steve, was knowledgeable and thorough. He quickly found the source of the leak - a pipe that had frozen - and repaired it. He then checked the operation of the heating system to make sure everything was working properly. He gave excellent advice on how to avoid the pipe freezing and leaking again. I found Scaran and Steve's service to be prompt, effective, and done very professionally. I commend them.

So happy I called Scaran for my preseason Heating tune up. Scaran definitely had the best price around, and I was extremely pleased with the technician Tim! Not only is he one of the nicest techs I've met, extremely courteous and always conscious of keeping the home clean, but he did a thorough job on my heating system. I had heating installed in my 3rd floor bathroom which isn't easily accessible from the boiler that is located in the basement. Scaran did an excellent job researching options. They installed a wall mounted radiant heating unit that plugs into an existing outlet. It's sleek and heats up the space nicely. I'm very happy with the unit and highly recommend Scaran for great customer service and value.
