Brandon G came by on the 25th of September and I can't say enough good about this tech, he was polite, courteous and very thorough. He found a leak and addressed it, he cleaned everything with the care and answered all my questions. I was very pleased, again, with Scaran and their crew.

Lou and Will came on time. They were extremely courteous, took care of our heating system quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. They also pointed out a gasket that needed to be replaced. I would recommend Scaran and these two men for any work to be done.
Called Scaran and Lou and Will were dispatched the following day (8/14/23). Our outside unit had frozen up and was not cooling. We earlier had shut it down so it would thaw and checked our inside filter. It was clean as we religiously change it to avoid any problems. Turned out to be the outside unit which was clogged with leaves and dirt causing excessive heat in the until and for the coolant line to work extra hard ultimately freezing. Lou and Will did a thorough cleaning of the outside unit explaining what had happened and what they were doing to resolve the problem. They were very professional, knowledgeable and educated us during the process. Topped everything off with some R-410 refrigerant and it has been working very good since. We've had other work done by Scaran at another property and have also been very satisfied.
lou and will came to my house today to maintain and clean my ductless air conditioning units. they were extremely polite and very professional.. also their work was spotless. lou and will answered all my questions and explained every thing they were doing. i would recommend them to anyone. thanks gentlemen.. katharine silverstein

at an issue I was having with my ac unit. They were on time, very nice, patient, They took their time and fixed the issue. They went above and beyond to help me. I cannot say enough about them. Just to show you the honesty, I wrote my check for the wrong amount, and they already left. I did not even realize I did that. They came all the way back to tell me I wrote the wrong amount on the check. Who does that anymore? Two of the nicest guys. Thank you Lou and Will.
